These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between The Casing Boutique Pty Ltd ACN 153 338 642 (The Casing Boutique Pty Ltd) and you, the person who has accessed web pages and/or purchased Products under the thecasingboutique.com domain (Website). Products means a good or service that is advertised on the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, including by ordering Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use (and any revisions of this Website), you should not use this Website and/or any information derived as a result of the use of this Website.
You may order Products by selecting the Products and submitting your order through the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
During your first order with The Casing Boutique you will be required to provide your email address and a password. You can then use this email address and password for all subsequent orders and/or to check the status of your order.
Any order placed through this Website for a Product is an offer by you to purchase the particular Product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order.
The Casing Boutique may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable The Casing Boutique to process any orders placed through the Website. You agree to provide The Casing Boutique with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Website.
The Casing Boutique reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Website or if there is an error in your order.
Each order placed for Products through the Website that The Casing Boutique accepts results in a separate binding agreement between you and The Casing Boutique for the supply of those Products. For each order accepted by The Casing Boutique, The Casing Boutique will supply the Products in that order to you in accordance with these Terms of Use.
If The Casing Boutique rejects an order placed through the Website, then The Casing Boutique will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
Pre-salted casings placed on a tube for easier application onto the stuffing nozzle. Casings on tubes don't need as much rinsing before use, saving a considerable amount of time.
These are casings in their most basic form. Just like tubed casings, they are pre-cleaned and salted. The difference is that they come minus holding tubes and need to be thoroughly rinsed of salt both inside and outside before use.
NB: All the casings are salted, regardless of whether they are tubed or not.
