Dehydrated salami casings are produced by splitting natural casings in half, pasting them on a plastic tube and dehydrating them within a chamber. They offer uniformity in size and strength to make salami making a breeze. 

55-60mm x 400mm with a rounded end.

Holds approx. 700g of fill per piece. 

Uniform in size, strength and expansion. 

Soak for a few seconds in water or wine.

Store dehydrated casings in a dark, cool environment.
