Hungarian Paprika & Chilli Sausage Premix (Meal)
Edwards Recipe
Makes 5kg of sausage mixture.
Ingredients: Potato starch, Hungarian sweet paprika, chicken booster*, dried chilli flakes.
Use diced, chicken bone thigh fillet (skin on) with or without breast as desired.
Add:
- Two red capsicums (finely diced)
- Extra fresh chilli (if desired)
Method: Mix the dry ingredients together slowly with the chicken. Add 500ml of filtered water or a crushed ice/water combination. Use less water if the mixture appears to becoming too wet.
Mince through either a 4.5mm, 6mm or 8mm mincer plate once.
No preservatives or additives.
*Chicken Booster contains:
Salt, rice flour, Maize, dehydrated vegetable, canola oil, chicken flavour.
