Salami Hardener

Salami quick is a functional premix used in the manufacture of salami. 

Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose (tapioca, maize), mineral salt (450), fermented red rice, acidity regulator (575, 300, 331), antioxidant (316), salt. 

Dosage:

Casing Diameter 43-60mm (5g/kg)

Casing Diameter 65-90mm (8g/kg)

Store in a cool and dry place.
